What is your service area?

Interior Products Supply serves commercial and residential construction customers in Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio within an approximately 80-mile radius from our yard locations in Fort Wayne, IN: IPS (Investment Drive) and IPS Door Division (Keystone Drive).

How are your crews trained?

We train and certify all IPS operators in-house, so they are prepared to safely deliver materials to your jobsite. We hold weekly training sessions on safety for all employees, and we even offer a safety incentive benefit program for our stockers and warehousemen.

What type of fleet do you have?

Like our fellow GMS companies, Interior Products Supply commands a delivery fleet of expertly maintained vehicles. Our fleet includes a variety of boom trucks (for multi-story projects), flatbed trucks, vans, and box trucks. In total, the IPS fleet includes some of the most innovative material handling equipment in the Great Lakes region of the Midwest.

Is there a truck near me?

The IPS delivery fleet is dispatched from our Fort Wayne, IN, yard location and serves an 80-mile radius (including locations in Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio). Our IPS Door Division operates a unique delivery route within this service area as well. So yes, chances are, there is a truck near you!

Do you offer before- and after-hours and weekend delivery?

Yes. By appointment only. If you need commercial construction jobsite delivery in IN, MI, or OH, before or after business hours, or on weekends, please contact us. Interior Products Supply is dedicated to going the extra mile to provide excellent customer service.

Do you offer commercial deliveries?

Interior Products Supply's expert staff offers a variety of commercial delivery services in IN, MI, and OH. We can deliver your materials using walk ups, walk downs, elevator roll-ins, buck hoists, and high-rise cranes. Our delivery fleet is modern and well maintained, with the capacity to deliver your materials when and where you need them.

Do you perform site inspections?

Yes. IPS regularly performs pre- and post-delivery inspections of jobsites to check safety, stocking conditions, equipment, and quality control.

Does IPS deliver to residential sites?

Yes. Interior Products Supply delivers building materials and supplies to residential jobsites. We can also perform on-site delivery access evaluations.

Can you do a walk up, walk down, or hand up at a residential site?

Yes. For a small additional charge, our expert staff can provide this value-added service to residential construction customers in IN, MI, OH.

Can you special order a product for me?

Yes. Interior Products Supply can order many specialty construction supplies, like Fry Reglet aluminum trim, hollow metal doors/frames/hardware, restroom partitions, lockers, USG™ Compasso™, FRP panels, lead lined drywall, wall protection units, and a variety of tools and fasteners. If you need an item that you don't see at one of our yards or on the website, let us know and we'll help get it for you.

Can you help me with my product warranty?

Absolutely! Our expert staff is happy to assist you with manufacturer warranty issues and manufacturer representation when necessary. At Interior Products Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases, and our service.

What types of steel framing do you carry?

Interior Products Supply stocks 20-gauge to 18-gauge steel framing in a variety of lengths. We also offer full manufacturer support for all technical and engineering aspects of our steel framing and accessories.

Is Interior Products Supply OSHA compliant?

Yes. We believe nothing is so important that it can't be done safely. IPS is committed to full compliance with OSHA and DOT laws and regulations, and we conduct regular jobsite visits to check for crew compliance.

Can I pick up an order myself at a yard?

Absolutely! Local construction customers can "will call" orders in advance, or they can visit our yards to speak directly with our expert staff about specific needs. If you don't see the tool or product you need, we will work with you to special order it.

What specialized services does IPS Door Division offer?

IPS Door Division can provide quoting based on plans and specs, customer-provided criteria, or a blank slate. We provide on-site consultation, as well as submittals for architect or jobsite approval, quick and accurate purchasing, and call-ahead delivery service.

What types of doors do you stock?

IPS Door Division offers among Indiana's best selection of doors, including stock hollow metal doors and frames, and 5-ply architectural solid core flush oak and birch wood slabs. Other types of metal frames, stile and rail wood doors, and pre-hung residential doors are available for special order.

We do NOT carry overhead doors or aluminum doors.

What types of Division 10 accessories do you stock?

IPS Door Division offers a complete inventory of Division 10 accessories, including Division 10 toilet accessories, restroom door signage, access panels, fire extinguishers and cabinets.

What types of vehicles do you have for delivery?

IPS Door Division operates a well-maintained fleet of delivery vehicles, including box trucks, delivery vans, and piggyback/forklifts.

What types of payment do you accept?

IPS Door Division accepts cash, checks, account billing, and credit cards (AMEX, Visa, MasterCard).

Do you offer financing?

We can. IPS Door Division can set customers up with financing assistance upon successful completion and approval of our credit application.

Do you offer product warranties?

Every product we offer has its own warranty. Contact office for copies or verifications.

WELDED HOLLOW METAL FRAME: SINGLE, PAIR, or CASED OPENING

Add 4½" to the width and 2¼" to the height.

For example, (3′ X 7′ door) R.O. = 36" + 4½" x 84" + 2¼" = 40½" x 86¼"

What is a rough opening for knock-down hollow metal frames (after drywall or wall finish)?
